Social Media Management & Graphic Design Experience at eGenerationMarketing – Boston, MA
October 2022 - Present
eGenerationMarketing’s mission is connecting people in need to advocates and attorneys who can help. eGen is a legal lead generation provider based in Boston, MA and has been in business since 2009. Currently, eGen focuses on lead generation for the following areas of law: Social Security disability benefits, employment law, workers’ compensation, and personal injury.
To connect people to the help they need, eGen has five separate websites:
On each of these websites, eGen’s SEO Marketing Team has posted thousands of articles on every detail and aspect of the website’s corresponding area of law, information on various situations within that area of law and how to get help, among other topics. In doing so, we’ve been able to connect millions of people with lawyers.
eGen works with a massive network made up of thousands of attorneys because, if there is something we cannot help our readers with (e.g., legal representation, filling out official applications/documents/forms, etc.) through our articles, they are easily able to access this help. If people require such assistance, we are able to connect them with an attorney who takes cases in their area for a non-obligational Case Evaluation that is entirely free of charge for them.
While a large part of my role at eGen revolves around SEO and Internet Marketing, I have also taken over running our social channels for the entire company. For the social media accounts I took over, I gave each one a unique face-lift and brand re-design on Facebook. And, I have also created three separate social media accounts—1 Instagram account for the eGen company as well as Instagram and Facebook accounts for two our lead generation websites, respectively. I created these accounts because I understand the importance and value of brands creating a name for themselves online and the invaluable role that social media plays in this. For each account, I designed the types of graphics and unique vibe I wanted to ensure the posts were coherent, engaging, professional, and eye-catching for our target audience(s). Once I create the graphics for each account, I utilize my personal knowledge and expertise of social media in order to write compelling and informative captions that will facilitate engagement and conversions (and have proven success in doing so).

Social Media Management Experience at Clark Psychology Group – Washington, DC
May 2020 - August 2021
Alongside my primary market research, course planning, and videographer work for Dr. Clark, I took over and re-vamped her Instagram profile to make it more engaging and better target her desired audience.
I brainstormed new aesthetics for Dr. Clark’s Instagram and decided on using a more elegant, professional, and chic brand theme.
I also taught her how to do Instagram Stories and Story Highlights.

Social Media Management Experience and Design at St. Michael’s Country Day School – Newport, RI
June 2021 - August 2021
As the Assistant Director of St. Michael’s Summer Fun Camp, I took over and reinvigorated their dormant Instagram account to increase engagement, interest, and camp sign-ups.
Using real-time camper photos, Reels, Stories, and Highlights to drive parent engagement and increase enrollment, I created weekly content using Canva. In doing so, I increased profile likes and engagement by ~400%.
